​​My path in meditation began 9 years ago while I was trying to find answers to existencial questions about my life, why I´m here and what I suppose to do in this word. During that period, I could not find the answers in the external world that surrounded me, my curiosity to discover something new let me to embark on a journey through Buddhist monasteries in Nepal and India to learn their ancient techniques. They taught me to discover my greatness, that was hidden and I could not see, to have a clearer mind, in peace and to connect with the space within me that is pure love and has everything that I need to be joyful,  happy and content.

Since then I have been slowly creating my own method, I have been inspired by the teachings of Pia Ma, Ramana Maharshi, Mooji, Adyashanti, among others to delve deeper into this wonderful path of meditation.
